Amrent guarantees tailored assistance services to make your car rental comfortable and safe.
Our cars are covered by a 24-hours roadside assistance contract, both in Italy and abroad, to ensure the fastest possible rescue in case of breakdown, accident, or other issues making the rented vehicle unfit for circulation.
At the time of collection, our staff will be happy to provide all the information and clarifications both regarding how to contact our call center and the need to replace the vehicle as soon as possible at one of our affiliated assistance centers to continue the journey and minimize any inconveniences experienced.
In any case, in addition to the call center mentioned above, the staff at our locations is available for any information, advice, or indication that the customer may request during the rental period until the vehicle is returned.
